What are the requirements for Lawyers to do CPD?

• Solicitors and barristers admitted to practice in Australia must meet certain continuing professional development (CPD) requirements each year in order to continue holding their practicing certificates.

• Across Australia, solicitors must earn 10 CPD units every legal CPD year that lasts 1st April to 31st March annually.
